Signing up and paying for TraceBatch
- On tracebatch.co.uk, choose a plan and whether to pay monthly or yearly. Yearly gives you two months free.
- Enter your company name, your name, your work email and the web address you want, for example
acme-foods.tracebatch.co.uk. We check the address is free as you type. - Tick Add guided set-up if you would like us to help load your products, recipes, suppliers and opening stock (£295, once).
- Complete the security check and select Continue to payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; TraceBatch never sees your card details.
- When payment succeeds, your company is set up automatically, usually within a minute. It comes with a main site and warehouse, goods-in, quarantine and dispatch locations, standard units, the 14 UK allergens and document numbering ready to use.
- We email you an invitation. Open it, set your password and turn on two-step sign-in.
Prices and VAT
Prices are per site and include unlimited users. TraceBatch is operated by Martin Colman, trading as MJC, who is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

If you paid but haven't received an invitation within 15 minutes, check your junk folder, then contact us. Your payment is safe and set-up retries automatically.
